Happy Nordic Living refers to the Nordic countries – especially Finland – which are known as some of the happiest and most prosperous societies in the world.
The name reflects our goal of bringing the same values to Ukraine, including:
• sustainable construction
• comfortable homes and functional living environments
• at a competitive price
We believe that quality housing is a key part of a happy and secure life – even in the midst of Ukraine’s reconstruction.
Our mission
Happy Nordic Living Oy is a Finnish project company engaged in the reconstruction of Ukraine. Alongside traditional concrete construction, we aim to develop and promote ecological and energy-efficient timber construction.
Our goal is to introduce to Ukraine a completely new construction model reflecting Nordic values – covering the entire value chain:
• raw material sourcing
• production of prefabricated wooden elements and modules
• urban planning and residential construction
We want to build homes that are comfortable, sustainable, and affordable – because we believe that good housing is an essential part of human well-being. In addition, the value chain components will also serve the Ukrainian market and exports.
