Happy Nordic Living Ltd is visiting municipalities in the Kyiv region during the winter and spring, meeting with city mayors and presenting the HNL concept and its reconstruction model based on industrial investments. As part of this visit series, the delegation met with the Mayor of Boyarka, Oleksandr Zarubin, and his team. The meeting was held in a very friendly and constructive atmosphere, and HNL warmly thanks the Mayor and his team for the excellent cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by the city representative Tetiana Kochkova and HNL’s Kyiv-based legal counsel Glenn Kolleeny.
During the meeting, HNL presented its comprehensive solution combining industrial timber element production, energy-efficient residential areas, and local employment.
Boyarka is located approximately 20 kilometres southwest of Kyiv. The city has around 50,000 residents and has received about 7,000 internally displaced persons (IDPs), which highlights the urgent need for new housing and jobs.
The city introduced concrete opportunities for locating a factory investment and a pilot residential development. The discussions were held in a positive and constructive atmosphere, and the parties agreed to continue close cooperation.
HNL’s objective is to select a pilot municipality during 2026 where the first industrial investment and residential development project will be launched.
