KyivBuild 2026 demonstrated that Ukraine is creating a predictable, transparent and investment-ready framework for large-scale housing production. For HNL, the most significant signals were the housing reform model, municipal land and guarantee structures, and the harmonisation of construction standards with Eurocodes – all essential for internationally financed industrial projects.

Boyarka, located 20 km southwest of Kyiv with a population of 50,000 and around 7,000 IDPs, is one of the potential pilot municipalities for HNL’s first factory and residential development project.
