One practical example of Happy Nordic Living’s ongoing field work in Ukraine was a meeting with Vitaly Krupenko, Head of the Zazymia Territorial Community, as well as local landowners in the municipality located approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Kyiv.

The meeting was part of HNL’s ongoing process of identifying suitable locations for the future HNL Village concept — a Nordic-inspired residential development model combining energy-efficient housing, industrial timber construction, modular production, and long-term local economic development.

Discussions focused on local development opportunities, land availability, infrastructure, and the municipality’s future growth potential as part of the wider Kyiv region recovery and investment environment.
